This week, I had the opportunity to attend the "ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition Module - Trainer Engagement Session" in KL, organized by PeopleCert and Axelos.
With a group of knowledgeable ITIL Trainers (and friends) from ASEAN, we review, prepare and share how we could best deliver this new training to the our customers.
Next month, I will fly to Europe to discuss how best to use “MarsLander” Business Simulation to get our workshop participants to experience ITIL 4.
